Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days — $8.00 (free on orders over $70)
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days — $15.00
International Shipping (EU & Worldwide) We ship to all EU member states and 180+ countries worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx. Estimated delivery times for EU orders are 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.
Carrier-calculated rates apply at checkout based on package weight and destination.
EU Consumer Rights In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods (cooling-off period). Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns and cancellations.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
